Mat Pilates Classes 45mins (Pilates Circle)

A 45mins class leaving you feeling a littler taller, stretched and stronger through out the body.

Our highly trained instructors love teaching Pilates and watching our clients grow.

Covering all fitness levels and working with injuries we can help you feel the benefits of movement.

Classes offered at Moreland Health Group are Mat Pilates only.

All Props are provided, mat, fitness circle, a small blue ball ( or for some a blueberry), flex band, a ninja stick (why not) and foam rollers.

You just need to bring your body and water.

Monday 9:30am

Tuesday 5pm and 6pm

Wednesday 9:30am

Thursday 6pm and 6:50pm

Saturday – 7:30am, 8:20am and 9:15am.
